Hello! My name is Lisa Roland.  I am a native Californian.  As long as I can remember, I have been discovering new forms of art or craft, from candle making, macrame', needlepoint, rubber stamping to dried flower arranging.  I love to collect rocks, minerals, and of course, beads of all kinds.  I have been handcrafting jewelry for fifteen years, incorporating gemstone, glass, and precious metal beads; charms, pendants, and wire into my work.  In recent years, I have enjoyed making lamp work glass beads from Italian and German soft glass, and fine silver beads from art metal clay.  I love exploring the use of asymmetry, diverse color combinations, and playful elements into my designs.
